Technical Customer Services - Client Support Analyst


Acryness is a fast growing company that has provided billing support services for the past 12 years. We are looking for an independent and decisive individual who enjoys problem solving in a quick paced environment to fill an need for a Client Support Analyst in our Client Services Department.


Responsibilities include:

  • Resolve issues assigned to Client Services, including analysis, diagnosis, resolution, outcome verification and follow up
  • Simultaneously manage multiple client projects
  • Collaborate with department team and coordinate project work, Statement of Work preparation, monitor execution, fulfillment coordination and final billing
  • Manage communication and project scheduling with other departments
  • Answer and effectively communicate positively to clients about Acryness services, processes and procedures

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Prefers technical or research related projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication and editing skills
  • Enjoys working in a changing environment and managing time-sensitive tasks, pressures and multiple demands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 years equivalent experience
  • Bachelors Degree is helpful but not mandatory
